By using this website or scheduling services with American Mobile Notary, you agree to the terms below.

American Mobile Notary provides notary services, including mobile appointments at an agreed-upon location. Services are subject to availability, proper identification, and applicable law.

Appointment details, pricing, travel fees, after-hours fees, cancellation fees, and payment methods will be confirmed before service whenever possible. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

All signers must provide valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification or other acceptable identification as required by law. If proper identification is not provided, notarization may not be completed.

You are responsible for having your documents complete and ready for notarization. American Mobile Notary does not prepare documents, explain legal terms, or provide legal advice.

We may refuse service if identification is insufficient, the signer is not present, the signer appears unwilling or unaware, the document is incomplete, the request is improper, or the situation is unsafe.

American Mobile Notary is not responsible for rejected documents, delays, legal outcomes, or losses caused by incomplete documents, incorrect information, third-party requirements, or circumstances outside 

our control.
